Delete your account

Delete your MyInterpreter account from the app or from the web.

   In the app: go to Profile › Account › Delete account, read what will be deleted and confirm with the code sent to your email.

   Without the app: email privacy@socialdna.app from your account address with the subject Delete my account. We confirm by email before deleting.

   If you have a subscription, cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play settings — deleting the account or the app does not cancel it.

   Before deleting, you may want to download your data and delete messages you do not want to remain in other people's conversations.

   Your account is deleted within 30 days and your voice signature is erased from the phone. Records you share with someone stay available to them until their period ends or they remove them.
