Reports for taxes and your accountant

Open Reports:

• Expense report — choose the workspace: totals by account of its chart and by tax line. Open PDF shows it in the viewer; in the PDF, each account is a link to its receipts. The download is a signed copy. CSV too.
• Mileage — the miles from MyTeamDay for that workspace, with the IRS rate of each day.
• Schedule C — your year's expenses by Schedule C line, to hand to your tax preparer. A summary for review, not a filed return.
• QuickBooks / Xero export — a CSV per bank or card account.

Tip: confirm your receipts before the end of the month, so the reports are complete.
